General Info

LoveHandles is a tandem bike rental service new to Provo, UT. We currently have TWO bikes to rent. Please note, we are a pick-up/drop-off location for customers who have already reserved a bike. For all rental inquiries, please reach out via text, phone call, or email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Need to cancel or reschedule? Here’s what you need to know. Please contact us via text or email as soon as you know you need to make a change to your reservation. You are free to make any changes to your ride more than 24 hours before your rental period with no repercussions. Cancellations made in this window will receive a full refund. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your rental period will receive a 50% refund. No shows and changes made after the rental period has begun will not receive refunds. (This is to account for time that other customers could have booked a ride with us.)

POLICY

Worried about the weather? We will monitor the weather the morning of your ride. If it is determined that the weather does not allow you to have both a safe and enjoyable ride, you will be contacted and receive a one-time rain check promo code that allows you to reschedule a ride of the same type at no additional charge.

DAMAGE
POLICY

What if something breaks? Let's talk about what happens if something gets damaged while you're renting from us. In short, we may need to charge you a reasonable portion of any repair and/or part replacement costs for damage to the bikes or other LoveHandles property during your ride.

But don't worry! We totally understand that accidents happen and rental bikes naturally see a lot of wear and tear. If you let us know right away about any minor damages caused by normal use, we'll likely waive any charges.

However, if major damage occurs and/or repairs become significant, especially due to neglect, misuse, or handling our equipment improperly, we may need to ask you to cover up to the full repair costs.
